This includes HIV\/AIDS, uncontrolled diabetes and auto-immune\ndiseases. An allergy to titanium will require your implants to be made of\nanother material like zirconium, so it\u2019s important to talk to your dentist about\nthis condition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Procedure is a Process <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It can take months to complete the process of getting dental\nimplants.
